High End Tax Strategies Used by the “1%”
to Significantly Minimize Their Taxes

You have heard that select members of the “1%” use creative tax strategies to drastically reduce their individual and business tax obligations. Well, wouldn’t you want to know what some of those strategies are?
In this session, we will discuss specific models that are used by business owners on an annual basis to drastically reduce both their business and personal tax bills. And how to structure these strategies so as not to increase the possibility of your tax returns being audited.
The session will commence with a discussion of a business and individual tax mitigation program called the Restricted Property Trust (RPT), which offers many benefits including tax-free distributions to business owners.
We will then continue with a round table discussion with our CEO attendees and several tax mitigation experts where they will be invited to share additional strategies for mitigating taxes, including the use of retirement plans, land conservation easements, and the research and development tax credit, which is applicable to more than just technology companies. In a discussion we call “everything you want to know about taxes but were afraid to ask your accountant”.
Attendance is limited to business owners with companies with revenue of at least $1 million.
